Rang & Rang the phone number no answer. Message keep saying we will get back to you. They don't waiting now 2 days this appointment I'm cancelling could be given to someone else.

Dear Anonymous – I am sorry you had a mixed experience at the Minor Injuries Unit recently. Clearly as part of any assessment staff should aim to reassure patients and answer all their questions and I am sorry this did not happen for you. Standard advice in such a situation would be to seek a second opinion from your GP if you still had concerns and I was pleased to hear this is what you intend. I hope that your GP was able to reassure you or take appropriate action to help. Thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your views on the service.
