"Very prompt & quality service for my 5 yr old son"

My little boy had a deep cut on his head caused by a fall on a metal walkway. He was in quite a bit of distress when we arrived and a kind member of the public let us skip the queue. We completed the accident form & the receptionist was understanding, telling us that he would be seen soon. He was seen for triage within 5 mins, the paramedic was very clear to me about his injury & reassuring to my son & quickly glued his scalp together. We were in the urgent care centre for no more than 20mins from arrival to discharge. As it was nearly 6pm on a midweek day and I also had my 3 yr old son with me, the speed of service was even more appreciated. Thank you.
