"Was treated like a no body!"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

I went to A&E tonight in Worcester (45mins away from where I live) as my daughter came out in chicken pox Thursday. Shrop doc couldn't see her until 12 tonight, but they have turned into what looks like burns all over her skin and looks infected - wish I could leave photos on here for you to see how bad it is!I left her in the car with her dad whilst I ran in as I understand how contageous it can be. Once the nurse came around to talk to me, they were very blunt and not helpful! The nurse looked at me like dirt refused to see her told me I would have to go see out of hours gp if I needed to! No option of the nurse coming out to look wouldn't look at photos I had taken! I walked out very angry and upset!! My daughter is 17months old and everyone who has seen her said I need to go to hospital as how bad it is! The nurse even said to me a&e isn't the place for your daughters chicken pox and what has changed since you rang Shrop doc silly comments that didn't help me at all! Maybe they should be more considerate to patients!! If you would like to see the picture of how bad it is I'm willing to send them! As I'm sure you would all agree she should of been seen straight away!
