"We were seen in A&E for a ..."

What I liked

We were seen in A&E for a pulled back pretty quickly, and were given great, thoughtful and thorough treatment. We saw a nurse and then were sent straight to the physio, who was friendly, helpful and put us at ease. She treated my husband's back problem very well, seeing to pain relief and even acupuncture promptly. All in all the department was super efficient, but very friendly and everyone we encountered was smiling and personable.

What could be improved

Nothing, maybe clearer signposts to A&ER reception as we did get a little confused, but again there was someone to direct us on hand, so not a major problem at all.

Anything else?

You would hope not to have to go back to A&E :) but if we ever did, I would recommend this great department.
