This lady moved from Salford in the last 2-3 years, where she had excellent GP service. She registered with a new medical practice.

On one occasion she had an argument with reception staff – she says they had a terrible manner and she couldn’t get a quick appointment for her child. She admits she spoke quite abruptly to the staff, but she was really worried about her infant daughter and they did not respond to this.

She has therefore moved to Medlock GP practice, Droylsden. Here she says the attitude is much better but she still finds she has to wait a long time for an appointment.
