"Treated with respect and care"

About: Specialist Nursing Services / Special needs dental service/Community Dental Service

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I have supported Michael several times for dental treatment and each time he has been treated with respect and care at Sneinton Dental Clinic. All staff have been helpful and informative to both Michael and his support and he is quite relaxed about his visits.

Its so pleasing to know patients and those that support them are treated with respect and care. Taking the time explain makes such a difference to how patients feel about coming to the dentist, and I'm so happy this is the case for Michael.
