"Mismanagement beyond reconcile"

On the 06th June 2015 I was meant to undergo a wrist operation- the hospital that prides itself with world class customer services. I have received a far superior and well managed service from Barts NHS Trust. I had been waiting for this operation for the past 4 weeks- a day prior to the operation I had received a telephone call; the receptionist stated that the time for admission had changed and I should come 1 hour 30 minutes later then scheduled time. On my arrival I was made to feel belittled the receptionist staff as on there this system the time did not change from the original time scheduled. Absolutely frivolous. One would receive better customer services in a fast food outlet- once confronted with the telephone conversation of the change of appointment both consultant and receptionists have nothing to say apart from please log your complaint. waste of time effort and money. I wouldn't even use the lavatory that's how bad this so-called Independent Hospital is. rubbish!
