I Cannot say how impressed I was by my recent treatment at Good Hope, from my first shock diagnosis to having scans and surgery two weeks later I cannot say how smooth and efficient the process was. I would like to say a special thanks to the consultant and the rest of their team also the staff on wards 16 and 17 were great the wards were well run and very clean., My treatment is still ongoing but I can honestly say that overall they made a very difficult and traumatic experience a lot easier for me and my family. I'm sure it has been a very worrying time for you, and I am so pleased to learn that you have found the process from your diagnosis smooth and efficient. I will pass on your feedback to the Ward Manager for Ward 16, Andy Allport, and Ward Manager for Ward 17, Sue Henry and their Matron Caroline Deekes, as well as the Colorectal Nurse Specialists and Mr Daskalakis the Consultant.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide your thoughts, as patient feedback is very important to us. It helps us to identify where things may not be working well so that it can be looked at closely and changes implemented earlier to improve the patient experience, and also highlight all of the great work our extremely hardworking staff do every day!
