"cyst surgury"

About: Conquest Hospital

I was refered to conquest to remove a cyst from my groin area, on arrival I was greated with the utmost respect and was informed what was going to happen, the surgeon on their rounds told me all that they were going to do and put me at ease, from the beginning to end I was treated with full respect to which I would like to thank the staff and the surgeons for their dedicated work

Thank you very much for expressing your appreciation of the standard of care and 'utmost respect' you received from surgical staff at the Conquest Hospital. Staff work very hard to ensure patients feel at ease and fully understand their treatment plans and it’s always encouraging to receive positive feedback in this regard. It was extremely kind of you to take the time to provide feedback. We will ensure that your gratitude and comments are shared with all the staff concerned.
