"An unexpected visit to A and E"

My husband had an accident at work involving a serious injury to his eye. He was seen quickly and referred straight to a consultant in the eye department. Again he was seen quickly and made comfortable with pain relief. All of the staff involved were kind and caring and involved myself in all their conversations regarding his care. The DR from A and E even came up to the eye department to see how he was, very caring. My husband has been referred to Stoke Mandeville for further treatment. We would both like to say a big thank you to all the lovely staff.
