"London road walk in centre"

I think the NHS is amazing an have never suffered a bad experience however I am so upset by my experience at the Walk in Centre London Road today that I walked home in tears. After beig unable to book a GP appointment for 2 weeks and ringing various helplines I was directed to go to the walk in centre. I understand this is for emergencies but felt I had run out of options for someone to seek help from. I have always found the staff here very helpful. However on my visit today I was spoken down to by a particular nurse in a discussing manner, told my problem was not an emergency (my problem is covered in the online description of what they can help with) not listened to as I tried to explain and got rid of within 2mins. I am now at home suffering pain and face a 2week wait to see a GP. I completely understand there are priorities but I felt she hugely let the NHS device down
