About: Leeds General Infirmary

The medical staff were excellent, the facilities are very good, the lab support is not as fast as we were told it would be. The food and drink choices are very good, but service was decidedly slow, over 5 minutes for two coffees. Seating was not the best support for your back and organisation and movement of patients was sluggish, some of the support staff lacked the necessary understanding and soft skills to deal effectively with patient needs. However, I would give a creditable 81/100 for overall performance during my visit
