"Excellent Service, again"

My wife & I, attended Papworth yesterday for her 3 month check up in Thoracic Outpatients. It never ceases to amaze me, that whenever we attend the hospital, the staff are so cheerful and friendly, and although we cannot speak for them, they always appear to be happy & enjoying their jobs. Compared to other hospitals in the area, there always seems to be an air of calm serenity about the place, no hustle or bustle, just total efficiency. For us who are regular visitors, its nice to see familiar faces. See you all again in October, and as ever a "big thank you" for your courtesy and consideration.
