Up until recently most community homes within this service were staffed by well trained, motivated staff. This has recently changed with regular staffs hours being reduced and a high volume of agency staff employed totally disregarding any consistency of support at the same time severely lowering staff moral. A large number of part time staff are also being employed with no consultation with tenants. This company have shown a total disregard concerning tenants welfare and concerns in all this i feel. I also think it is quite disgraceful treatment of everyone involved.
