"Provision of care"

About: New Cross Hospital

My husband was taken to A&E Monday night - excellent service, fracture clinic next morning again excellent service. Checked in to ward A5 the following day - slight delay on operation (not a problem), had the operation without complications. All of the staff we came into contact with were professional, caring, supportive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, this was our first experience at this hospital, I just wanted to say thank you - you are a brilliant team of professionals. Not forgetting the ambulance service who got him to the hospital in the first place - thank you too.
