Dear Peter

I'm pleased to hear that you had such excellent care when you needed it and hope you're now doing well. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I'll make sure that this is passed onto the staff involved.

We try to share positive experiences like yours across the Trust and if you ever wanted to share more details of your care then contact my Team at PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk. We try to learn from patients where we are getting it right but also where we get it wrong so that we can fix that straight away.

Best wishes
