What I liked

The care and consideration by all staff including the consultant and anaethetist was great and made my stay at the Hospital a very positive experience.

What could be improved

At out-patient visits, waiting in xray for hours is reaally depressing.

Anything else?

I would definately choose to come to RNOH Stanmore in the future.

Thank you for your positive comments about your recent stay in the hospital. With regard to outpatient visits, we are enhancing our outpatient service to minimise waiting times as we recognise the negative impact this has on our patients.
