"Tinkerbell Allergy Clinic"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

My daughter had a severe allergy attack a couple of weeks ago and we had to give her Epipen. When we visited Hillingdon hospital, immediately after the attack, we were asked to make an appointment with Allergy clinic. I called allergy clinic but there was no appointment available for next 3 months. But when I explained the situation, I got a call from hospital that we have got an appointment in the same week. I found that, the staff and the doctors are very friendly. The Consultant has explained all the queries we had. I was really happy that doctors do care about the patient ans specially children. The best part was, we got an apoointment at 6:30PM. Having an option of evening clinic, is a very good option for working parents like us. Overall, I am pleased with the Consultant's quick response to move forward my daughters apointment and I would be really happy, if we have evening appointments going forward.

Thank you for your positive comments, we do our best to accommodate different needs for the large population of patients we look after. We hope that evening clinics (which are convenient for working parents and school going children, as well as making it easier to park!) become a normal part of Allergy and other clinic services.
