(as a parent/guardian),

Child with sore elbow after cartwheels, dad worried she had a fracture, the reception staff were excellent, the doctors were fantastic with their communication to a 10 yr old and also a concerned dad. They were professional; caring and approachable. the xray dept were excellent with my daughter and myself and nurses fantastic. Given all the negative publicity in the past I cannot fault the casualty dept for their care and expertise.
