The day eye surgery unit at Royal Free Hospital in Burnt Oak realised I'd come away without the right medicine following my 93 year old dad's cataract surgery. We live some way from the site and the traffic around there is awful specially in the rush hour.
Svetlana got the correct drops and ointment together and then Kofi who works at the unit drove to my house to give us the right drops. I am so grateful as dad was tired out and I just wanted to get him home and in bed, and I was dreading driving back.
Thank you so much Kofi and Svetlana! You are both stars. I really appreciate the effort - it was unbelievable support
"amazing patient support at the Royal free hospital"
