"Colonoscopy"

I had my colonoscopy yesterday and the whole procedure was very well managed, from reception to nurses to consultant. I had arrived feeling very sick from the necessary precolonoscopy preparation and the kindness and care of the staff was fantastic. The procedure itself was efficient, dignified, and over before I knew it and I was given all necessary information afterwards, together with a written report - plus a cup of tea and lovely biscuits! I was very pleased with the treatment, professionalism and care of all concerned. Many thanks to all involved
