On 2/06/2015 (A&E observe ward)i had to beg nurse for cup of tea 5 times at the and i give up, The nurse was so grumpy and made me more sick. And quest what this was careless agency nurse. Come on WMU Hospital bring back happy NHS nurse back who love this job.
