My Dad was unfortunate to live his last few days in this hospital,he had been in and out of Ealing aprox 4 times and in our opinion always sent home ill .We were not always made aware of his illnesses and had to tell the nurses and doctors on numerous occasions of illnesses we new about but seemed to be ignored.Our dad was illergic to many medicines and we always told staff as soon as we went in the hospital but always had to ask again and again for a bracelet for my dad to wear.The staff were mostly very very arogant ,very heavy handed with my dad who had become very frail ,but in there eyes they had to do the job no matter what .When you go in hospital you shouldnt have to loose your dignity but this hospital had no regard for that

I hope no other family will have the same experiences as we have ,our Dads last few days wern't very comfortable and staff which i always thought should be caring and considerate were in my opinion not.Lets hope things can change ?
