What I liked

I have had three outpatient appointments at this hospital all of whihc have been first class. The most recent being for a simple blood test. Queens hopsital have an efficient ticket system starting at 7 a.m. ideal for people with busy work schedules like me. Despite the repetative nature of the work in this department the staff are always friendly and professional in their actions ensuring a comfortable and sterile environment is maintained for your blood test. The NHS like all public services get constant bad press they don't very often deserve, all of the staff at Queens from reception staff to nurses I have met are dedicated, friendly and should be commended by their senior management.

What could be improved

More positive feedback, the public are quick to complain but slow to offer thanks and positive comment.
