What I liked

The hosiptal was very new however it was to busy and the midwifes were clearly over worked and very stressed

What could be improved

More care and awareness as to what was going on. We were put in a private room for 3 days as my son needed light box treatment for jaundice. Despite asking the room wasn't cleaned for 3 days and was filthy with babys faeces left on the floor. My wife was left in tears and I was on the verge of self discharging, it was only after I got very angry that someone finally came and helped. It was a horrible start to what shoudl have been a very exciting time.
