Today I attended the xray dept for a scan, the nurse that scanned my tum was lovely, polite, very respectful and kind. Then the day ward for a bladder investigation with a camera All the staff were fantastic. The consultant was so gentle, friendly enough to put you at ease, explained everything and by far the best bedside manner I've ever come across. I've been in hospital many time and could never say it was a pleasure, but today as everyone was so nice as well as professional, it was a pleasure, rather than something when I left home I was dreading.
