If this hospital was private it would be shut down! Disgraceful attitudes, and going by the previous reviews, the nail is firmly hit on the head! Pain Management Nurse absolutely disrespectful to patients, condesending and belittling. Horrible person!! Waited for a the letter resulting from the appointment which was basically to up my medication as I am struggling with pain. 3 months later still waiting. Phoned up, said it would be actioned. Waited 1 month. Phoned up again. It will be posted today. Waited further month. Letter come with no mention of medication increase. Just a patronising letter about me to my GP!. You should be ashamed accepting a wage for what most of you do. Why do you all care so less for patients? Surely thats why youre there? This hospital got stuck in the 80's and has not moved. My wife who is a manager in the Royal is totally outraged by your service. Yuo reply with Im sorry you had a bad experience...blah blah! No your not. You couldnt give two hoots! Report to PALS?? If thats the case maybe PALS should run the hospital if the get results!! Treat people with respect, and dignity and you might start enjoying your jobs again!! Im off to phone pain managment clinic again to find out why after nearly 5 months I am suffering in tremendous pain still??
