"Brilliant a&he staff"

Would just like to say my father inlaw had excellent care when admitted to a&he last week staff went out of there way to keep us informed Apologised for any delay which considering how busy they were the wait was minimal, my inlaw has dementia he was upset & abusive unfortunatly ,but the staff were great and took it in there stride . He was admitted and again the staff have been excellent in there care of him . Over the last couple of years we've made lots of trips to medway hospital for appointment for both my inlaws and the staff have been great what ever department we have been to . I don't think the hospital deserves the bad publicity they have been getting . Keep up the good work you all do and many thanks to you all .
