Experience was better than anticipated. Despite not seeing the consultant until the day of the operation (removal of cyst from ovary) during the meeting I felt veryinformed of what would happen and put at ease by the nice nursing staff at the day surgery unit. I was able to meet the consultant again after the operation to be told the outcome of the surgery. The consultant was very nice and gave me a lot of information, I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to request seeing them again. The nursing staff and anaesthetist were all lovely, very welcoming and reassuring. Overall a positive experience.
