What I liked
The expert and quick diagnosis of "kidney stones" and the pain relief given for this agonising and painful condition. Recall the next day for a CAT scan and confirmation of diagnosis, and the next day an appointment with urology for treatment follow up! A++. The CAT/ultrasound staff acted in a professional manner too. A++.
What could be improved
By taking on extras at the urology outpatient clinic (which I was very pleased to be at the time) seems to have a knock on delay to routine booked appointments. But the wait is not out of order. It can be a bit off putting to walk in for your appointment and see nearly all the seats full in the waiting room. I expect this is because most patients are accompanied.
Anything else?
A very impressive performance, considering everything.
