"Newlyn Unit"

I recently had ENT surgery as a day case and wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff for a well executed service. Explanations by all staff ie. nursing, anaesthetist and medical was excellent. Surgery has been very beneficial, delighted with results. Also had previous experience with a daughter in September 2014 in same department. Nursing staff were excellent as she was very anxious having previously had surgery earlier in the week.
