Mum, 87, kept returning to A&E as was struggling at home on own although she had no definite health problems. Staff very kind and caring and although not top of their priority list, checked her out carefully, took bloods and chest x-rays and provided refreshments during the 3 hours of waiting which made all the difference. Sent home but felt looked after. Thank you.
