After attending in march it was agreed my medicine for arthritis needed to be changed. I have been waiting since then and I have had to contact dept. on many occasions to sort things out.
This dept Is grossly understaffed and im sure im not the only patient to be suffering. Time this was sorted out, meantime I am not on meds i should be and don't know for sure when I will receive them.
Poor poor service.
