What I liked

Whilst I was in for a septoplasty/fess surgery I received exceptional care from the Richmond ward, the ENT Team, the anaesthesiologist and nurses before they put me under the general anesthetic and in surgery recovery. The nurses on richmond do an outstanding job. Just wanted to say a big thanks and for putting me at ease as I was really nervous. I was only discharged yesterday but was desperate to show my appreciation. I wish I could thank everyone personally.
