I had an accident and half severed my patella tendon. I visited the Haslemere Community Hospital minor injuries clinic and was seen within 30 minutes, X-Rayed and an appointment made for me to go to A&E at the Surrey County Hospital immediately. There I was seen in A&E within 40 minutes and then transferred to the Trauma orthopaedics department to await surgery, which was carried out the following morning.
At all stages I was treated with care and charm and all aspects of the treatment were fully explained to me. I could not have asked for better treatment. Thank you.
