"You will have to wait"

I have just been informed that I will have to wait for water!!!! My bed is literally 10 steps away from the water machine in the kitchen! They were only on the tea trolley. This was 10 minutes ago and I still have no water. What prevented them from getting me a fresh jug of water? I have asked for nothing since I have been in. It's very frustrating when they are stood in the kitchen ramming custard creams down their neck. All other staff amazing and looking after me so well.
