About: Royal Oldham Hospital

My sister was admitted to hospital , she was very ill and had a terminal illness.After initial tests it was decided that under the circumstances it would be best to make her final hours as comfortable as possible. The staff in both A/E and AMU were wonderful and they were so kind to us the family that i would personally like to thank them so much , they made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us at this most difficult time. My sister sadly passed later that day. From Valerie Higgins family .

Thank you for leaving your comment regarding your sisters’ visit to the Accident and Emergency depart and the Acute Medical Centre at the Royal Oldham Hospital. Firstly, we are very sorry for your loss. We are very pleased you were happy with the service and care she received during her stay and happy she was comfortable, we are also pleased you found the staff in both departments wonderful.
