Firstly- one of the reception at the cardiology department on Saturday 30th May was a disgrace. Rude, abrupt, unhelpful and should definitely not be working in a customer service position. It's unbeleiveable somebody can speak to patients like that. As for the appointment - booked at the end of April, cancelled on the day because of building works - surely the hospital will know if there is building works going on more than 2 hours before the appointment. 3hours pay lost, extautionate car parking fee to pay.
