The staff at Lister A & E were friendly and efficient. After running tests, anything acute was ruled out. They explained things clearly to me and my husband and asked if we had any questions. Most importantly, they listened and had an excellent bedside manner. Top notch care in a challenging environment!

How nice of you to take the time to let us know how well you (and your husband) felt cared for and supported whilst in the hands of our emergency department team colleagues at the Lister.
