About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I left a negative comment about my experience at Whipps Cross Hospital and the Trust replied:

"Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust is sorry that your expereince was not as it should be."

"We are working hard to ensure that all out pateints expereinces are positive and would be grateful if you could contact us directly so we can address your concerns."

I therefore tried to contact someone at the hospital to talk about my concerns - the switchboard put me through to an extension which just rang and rang and was never answered (no voice mail) - I then got cut off. I tried again this time explaining what had happened previously and was told that that meant there was no one there to help me and that no one could ring me back!!

I therefore wrote to the consultant who had seen me. I both emailed and posted the letter - three months later and I have had no reply.

The administrative services seem as appalling as the care

What could be improved

Everything!
