my husband came in to amu East and then James Mckenzie looked after well for 10days had angio told needed 3 stents or bypass has been sent home to wait led to think we would hear soon nothing phoned ward manager j Mckenzie ward to say consultant still dealing with referral and could take up to 18 weeks really worried husband still breathless and were left in limbo not knowing what you can or can't do to be safe a worried wife also when you phone operator can take up to 15 mins to ans then when you get to dept usually answer machine really frustrating

We are glad that your husbands care whilst he was an inpatient with us at BasIldon & Thurrock university Hospital was good, however we are very sorry that your subsequent experience has not been satisfactory.
