About: Littlebrook Hospital

Little brook Willow Suite ward. This ward is very strict and secure, it needs to be, the staff on this ward have the patients of saints, I think they do a fantastic job. My son was on this ward for 6 weeks and came out a lot better than he went in. Before that he was on Cherry ward which was utter chaos, no staff communication, it amazes me how in the same hospital two wards can be so different, I think it needs the person who is in charge of Willow to show the one in charge on Cherry ward how to manage it. If you have a loved one that is going to Willow, trust me they are a great help so don't worry. Thank you to all the staff doing a great job on willow. Robert R

Thank you for sharing these comments. We are pleased that you have had such a positive experience of Willow Suite but sorry that your impression of Cherry ward was not as positive. We will share this comment with the managers of both wards. There is a Patient Consultative Committee (PCC) covering Littlebrook Hospital where feedback on services in Dartford, Gravesend and Swanley, Medway and Swale are discussed, which you would be welcome to input to.
