"Thank you"

I am recovering from my second hip replacement operation, and also had my first hip replacement and two cataract operations at Emersons Green, and I cannot praise the Centre enough, from the cleaners to the Chief Medical Officer, and everyone in between. It is an excellent facility and the treatment first class. If only all hospitals were the same as this one. I think it should become the role model for all Hospitals and clinics to follow. The underlying philosophy seems to be to provide a calm and caring environment and this seems to permeate throughout the whole facility. With two new hips and two new eyes I am a new woman and can only say a tremendous thank you to you all.
