"Thanks to an Excellent Care Team"

Yesterday (27th May 2015) I spent the day in the care of your hospital for an arthroscopy of the Knee. I would like to write a note of personal thanks to all the staff who cared for me. Normally one would have some trepidation, as I did, regarding such a procedure.Thankfully all of your staff acted as one seamless team and reassuringly guided me through with kindness, caring and understanding. There were also a few laughs and smiles on the journey too!! Please pass on my sincere gratitude to all concerned from the receptionist, the person who took me to my room, all the nurses who kept popping in, the physio, the anaesthetist, the surgeon, the theatre staff who I didn't meet, the post op nurse, the skilled porters who missed all the obstacles, the person who provided the tea and toast. Hopefully I have included all the team, sorry if I missed anyone out. Please don't change anything as it works extremely well. May I suggest though, consider placing an easily accessible feedback system so many more patients would be encouraged to leave their positive comments about the excellent team.
