I retired to Cyprus 2 yrs ago On the 6th May i was sent a letter to my adress in Cyprus for a appointment at the Eye Clinic on the 8th May at 10.15 Incompetent staff in this Dept Patient Care Zero Was i supposed to pay for a flight to get there ?????
