"Poor administration"

I was sent an appointment letter for an antenatal scan for 26th may (after bank holiday) and i recieved it on the 27th. They posted it on friday 22 may using 2nd class postage. They have my phone number so why could not they call me to inform me? You need to recruit better administrators
