27 th may 2015 i attended the gastroscopy unit for a double procedure, the care given to me was of the highest i have ever recieved in day unit. From receptionst excremely efficant offering reasurance to patients booking in. Nursing staff taking/ checking personal details , carrying out baseline observations offering kindness and reassurance to diminish my fears Staff in treatment room amazing on all counts from being professional to the most caring kindest and understanding of my anxiety. Finally the amazing doctor who performed the procedures for their kindness and patience throughout the whole time i was in the room, I would like to say a huge thank you.
