"we're so pleased to report no further nosebleeds"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was suffering from severe nosebleeds for approx 2 years. After seeing our local GP and asking to be referred, we had a relatively quick appointment to see Dr Baxter in ENT.

A follow up appointment was scheduled and then diathermy surgery was booked for the following month.

I absolutely cannot fault any of the medical staff or procedures during the whole process and I would like to pass on our thanks and appreciation to all involved. My anxious son was reassured and was kept informed throughout the appointments and the day surgery and actually enjoyed his trips to NDDH!

A special thank you to Dr Baxter - we're so pleased to report no further nosebleeds! ! !

Dear Parent

Many thanks for sharing your story, and your very positive experience of the ENT service from beginning to end. It was especially pleasing to learn that your son was seen so quickly and that he enjoyed attending the appointments and subsequent treatment, especially as he was so anxious. Its also really good to learn that the treatment was succesful and he no longer suffers from the nosebleeds, which can be very upsetting at the time.

I have forwarded your very kind comments to the service manager and Dr Baxter where I know they will be warmly recieved.
