"Primary treatment assessment unit"

We were on holiday in windermere and my husband had the misfortune to attend the Westmorland General who was in excruciating pain with his arm however the treatment we received was second to none. We attended at midnight on the 26th may a wonderful Team leader attended to him who was efficient, professional and most of all friendly and caring. He was seen promptly given pain relief and a cast applied all within an hour of arriving there. I would like to thank the team leader from all my family - in these days of bad reports about the NHS what a wonderful place this is.
