The facilities are appalling and are a disgrace to the NHS. The 'consultation rooms' are like prison cells. With the exception of the receptionists the whole place is awful. The sooner this facility is closed and something more appropriate put in place the better. If physical health was treated in a place like this there would be an outcry - so why is mental health any different?
